How We Handle Your Data

Scenario and Policy Data

When you describe an HR scenario or upload company policies, that information is processed by our AI engine to generate compliance guidance. Here is how that data is handled:

Your scenario descriptions and uploaded documents are sent to our AI provider (currently Anthropic) via a secure API connection for processing.
Our AI provider does not use your inputs or outputs to train their models, as specified in their data usage policies.
In the current version of CairnHR, scenario data and uploaded documents are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Session data is maintained temporarily to support your active session.
We do not sell, rent, or share your scenario data or uploaded company policies with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Feedback Data

Feedback you submit (thumbs up/down ratings and comments) is collected through Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets for our internal use in improving the Service. Feedback is not linked to your personal identity unless you voluntarily include identifying information in your comments.
